Here are MamaB's Doula Services that are available. MamaB personally wants every woman and family to have the opportunity to have the necessary support when they are pregnant, to have an empowering birth experience, and to have someone in their village during the transition into parenthood.

*It is my belief that all expecting women should have access to labor support regardless of economic status. I am willing to arrange an alternative payment schedule for my fee, although the fee is not available on a sliding or reduced scale. If an alternative payment schedule is desired, this should be arranged and agreed upon in advance and a signed agreement will be written for that arrangement. My service to you is an important role and I do not want cost to be a deciding factor.

Initial Meeting - In Person or Online

Service Description

Have a meeting with me, in person(my place, your place, or a public place) or online. Let's get to know each other and talk about what support you are looking for and what I can offer you.

Prenatal Visits

One-on-one to get to know each other(including your partner, if applicable), and to get to know what your wishes are for your pregnancy, labor/delivery and postpartum.

Typically 1-3 hours.
Online or In Person(your place, mine, or in a public place). Can be applied to a doctors/midwifes appointment if wanted.
*Booking a separate sessions outside of packages are $20/hr.

Service Description

Personalized prenatal support for expecting mothers, encouraging a healthy and comfortable pregnancy journey. Learning different coping mechanisms your body can use during labor/delivery and postpartum. We will go over your dreams and visions of your birth experience along with learning what to expect and what your rights are.

Labor & Delivery Support

Helping guide and support for you during the incredible journey of birth.

One prenatal appointment included.
24/7 On-Call assistance after 36 weeks. Advocacy, Physical, Emotional, and Informational Support during Labor & Delivery to ease the childbirth process.

Service Description

Have one prenatal appointment with me, either separate from a doctor/midwife appointment or together. I have my own tools that can help during labor and delivery but this appointment is for you and me to get to know each other better so I can know how to use my tools to best suit you during your labor and delivery.

Complete physical, emotional, mental and advocational support during your entire labor process. I stay for up to 3 hours after you give birth to help you transition to having a baby to care for as well as making sure you are on the right road to recovery, and I can help with the first latch between you and baby if wanted.

Postpartum Visits

Supporting mothers in the postpartum period for a smooth transition back into their own minds and bodies.

$20/hr. Available to make payments.
In Person (your place, mine, or a public place) or Online (less $/hr).

Service Description

Specialized care and guidance for mothers after giving birth, focusing on nourishing and recovering our bodies, and focused newborn care. Utilize this visit for information about yourself and your baby, for adult interaction, venting session, or if you need a nap. If you do not know if you can afford this service, reach out. Your postpartum journey lasts as long as 2 years after giving birth to your baby. I am available to debrief your labor and delivery with you as well.

Overnight Doula Services

I come to your house and take care of baby while you get the rest you deserve.

$25/hr - Longest shift available to book is 12 hours.

Let MamaB's Doula Services take care of your little ones with our Overnight Doula Services. You deserve a good night's rest and we're here to help, whether it's sleep training or just needing some extra support. Our over-qualified babysitters will provide top-notch care, giving you the peace of mind and rest you need for better days ahead.

We will meet a couple of times so I can best prepare myself on how to support you and how to help you prepare for the labor and delivery process and transitioning into parenthood in the best way possible. Complete physical, emotional, mental and advocational support during your entire labor process. I stay for up to 3 hours after you give birth to help you transition to having a baby to care for as well as making sure you are on the right road to recovery, and I can help with the first latch between you and baby if wanted. 2-3 Postpartum visits to ensure you are getting the rest and support you need along with being able to help you debrief your labor and delivery process. Assistance with breastfeeding/bottle feeding as needed as well.
